Mentorship
Tailored 1-to-1 mentoring program to realise your potential
Shaping the Leaders of Today
Management can be a lonely place, where people look up to you for help and you don't really have many people that you could ask for support. Mentorship is aimed at managers and leaders who cannot ask for help at their firm and need somebody to coach them through a problem or a project. Although, we have also had firms hire us directly to coach their newly promoted leaders and recruits from foreign countries. The sessions are one-to-one, where you have the freedom to ask anything, the discussions are private and it is to help people become better at their job.
Is Mentoring for Me?
It is most tailored for middle and top management, as well as employees who have been promoted into positions that are outside of their comfort zone. Since not everyone needs the same kind of assistance, we offer tailored sessions shaping around the manager's needs and objectives. For instance, some managers simply need a guide to ensure they are on the right track, while others have stepped into new roles that are outside of their area of expertise and require support in learning new skills such as planning, carrying out analysis, supervising and directing the workforce or interacting with senior stakeholders.
Generally speaking, without the guidance of a mentor, leaders tend to take much longer to get comfortable in their new role, align with company goals and effectively reach deliverables without wasting internal capabilities (i.e. time, labour).
For this reason, our one-on-one mentoring program is perfect for just anybody that doesn't seek to waste his or her time and is eager to learn how to unlock its full potential.
