Business Training
Unlocking your full potential
Why is Business Training Important to Organisations?
Many businesses overlook the value of employee training and lose out on opportunities to forge critical bonds with their workforce. What is often disregarded is that businesses instantly draw fresh talent when they are able to provide a learning environment that promotes a culture of lifelong learning. A firm often benefits greatly from business training and growth when such training programs are centred on delivering focused and noticeable benefits for the company. For this reason, we believe that training should be seen as a key sphere to unlock a company's full potential, just like every other area of the organization.
Our Training Programmes
Sales Training
Whilst most firms offer training to new recruits, it is vital to re-energise existing sales teams so they can stay at the top of their game and continue to generate revenue as well as build deep meaningful relationships for a future income stream. Among the numerous Sales methodologies (i.e. Value-based, Challenger and Sandler) we specialise in MEDDIC, which is widely used in the Tech sector. Most of them overlap and aim to deliver the same result, which is matching customer needs to the solutions and ultimately closing deals to generate income for the firm.
Project Management Training
Almost every firm has jumped on the Agile bandwagon as its predecessor, the Waterfall methodology, is often dismissed as yesteryear's way of working. Whilst Agile training has produced incredibly impressive results, it is often misused to shy away from planning ahead. For this reason, some people, especially the ones who like to have a clear-cut structure and plan, have become resentful of Agile. Therefore, it is important to understand the detail of how this works, rather than cherry-pick elements that suit one's Agenda. In this training course, we will guide the staff on how to follow and personalise the methodology to best fit its objectives and needs.

Leadership Training
When managers are promoted into Leadership roles without training, some learn to swim whilst others struggle. They find it difficult to relinquish control and delegate work. This hinders their performance but they are not in a position to raise their hand and ask for help. We coach Leaders and change their mindset to become independent in providing direction and guidance.

Agile Training
Whilst there are a number of professional Project management courses that could be undertaken to become fully certified, sometimes all a team need is a bit of direction that is personalised according to their situation and local problems. Our training runs through the main frameworks, tools and best practices to bring everyone up to the same level of skill. This training has proven to improve structure and governance in Project settings as well as day-to-day completion of work. Since everybody follows the same principles, it relieves pressure from the management's shoulders, allowing them to focus on higher-value tasks.

Emotional Intelligence Training
E.I. is given paramount importance in the Recruitment and Selection process, however, it is often left to the employees to develop themselves. The reality is that everybody in the organisation has different levels of ability in dealing with people, workload and clients. This natural difference is the underlying problem for contentions amongst teams, which ultimately leads to underperformance. With Emotional Intelligence training, the goal is to bring everyone up to the same level. The result is a mature workforce working harmoniously with the organisation's objectives.
Design Thinking Training
A new buzzword that has been selling very well for the last few years is Design thinking. There is a debate about whether it is an approach, way of thinking, or a new methodology. The answer is quite simple but made complicated to impress the audience and gain an upper hand so that people who understand it could claim to have a superior skill set. Long story short, it is a new way of working which takes inspiration from other methodologies, approaches and frameworks. In short, it is about putting the customer at the centre of your creation and building a prototype early so that the product can be tested quickly and any shortcomings can be addressed sooner rather than later.
